This course is designed to satisfy the requirements under 29 CFR 1910.120 “Hazardous waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard”; NFPA 472 “Standard for Professional Competence of Responders to Hazardous Materials Incidents,” and EPA 40 CFR 311 “Worker Protection.”
